Homemade French Toast

2 eggs 
 ¼ teaspoon salt 
 2 teaspoons sugar 
 ½ cup of milk 
1 tablespoons olive oil 
 4-5 slices bread   
Break eggs into a bowl. Beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, salt and sugar. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip the bread slices in the eggs mixture. Only coat/soak as many slices as you will be cooking at one time. Place Bread in the frying pan. Brown it both sides. Serve   NB for those of you with a sweet tooth drizzle before serving with maple syrup
