Items ordered may be exchanged without prior notice due to supply issues, however we will endeavour to meet customers needs where possible.
If a customer is in anyway dissatisfied with a purchased item we will be more than happy to replace or refund the item on receipt of returned goods (in some cases a picture taken and sent to us via email will be sufficient at our discretion).
Please notify us by email email@example.com or telephone within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee reimbursement due to the perishable nature of the produce. Thank you.
We require all orders to be checked by the customer on delivery (we will be happy to wait) and shortages to be notified at the time and we will be happy to refund the item or arrange to drop off at a later date if possible.
